Shipping information

We offer 4-7 business days free shipping on orders over $70 on domestic orders.

We offer 4-7 business days shipping on all orders with a flat rate of $4.99.

Majority of orders will arrive between 2-3 days, but for rare instances, please allow 4 days. Furthermore you will receive your order 2-3 days from the date that the order is shipped out, and not the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take up to a day to process the order. Also note that order processing excludes weekends and holidays.



Return by mail. Drop offs will not be accepted.

BERNESS does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs on all returns.

Return Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date. Packages received at our facility after 30 days are considered stale returns. Stale returns will have no refund issued. Please calculate how many days your item will ship within a 30 day period.

All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tag attached. Left in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us through our email immediately.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, then a refund will be processed within 5-7 days, and credit will automatically be returned via the original method of payment used in the initial purchase, within a certain amount of days. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.


Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. If funds have still not been returned please contact your bank.

Please note that it can often take a few business days for the return to reflect in your account depending on which bank the account in question belongs to.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.



We do not provide exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase we only provide refunds based on the aforementioned criteria.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
